Message: Really nice apartments, clean & quiet property and all the staff are very friendly.

Message: The space is good but the cleaning of the last tenants living in the units is rushed to accommodate potential new tenants. When I moved in I found that trash was swept behind appliances and thrown behind cabinet. As I cleaned I started finding hair everywhere. Hair was simply painted over rather than cleaned up. Paint was brushed over all the wrong places like door knobs, towel racks and on the windows. The stairs and hall are usually pretty messy. A drink was splatterd onto the wall from the third floor down to the first and when I put a service request in about it they marked it as completed without even come to clean it. Other than that though the place is nice as they've just did some renovations.
