Lakes of Windsor Apartments

Message: This has been the best rental experience ever. I really don't have any negative comments. Management is apartment is huge. Maintenance is fast and efficient. This place is worth every penny.

Message: I've really enjoyed my two years at Lakes of Windsor. We are well taken care of here, and the facilities are clean and feel safe. It's the perfect location to the highway, shopping and more. I'm hoping to be able to stay here for years to come.

Message: The office and maintenance staff is really lovely to work with. They are always very kind and helpful, whether the issue is big or small. We absolutely love how well the community is kept and how beautiful they keep the grounds. They also just installed a brand new playground in the middle of the community. It's by far the best apartment I've ever lived in.

Message: I stayed there for around 1 year and 7 months. Let me come to the point straightaway. These are some of the nicest folks out there in the business of apartment management. Sure they are awesome in making sure the community flourishes with clean outdoors, super responsiveness on work orders, no complacency attitude with periodic renewals - from that of an air filter in your apartment, to carving out a brand new trail for those casual strolls of the residents! But what I want to highlight is their quality of being humane and ethical, something against which others in the market, simply pale in comparison. Saving TMI and wrapping up with just this to say - the great management over there (Betsey and team are stars there) and awesome clean & beautiful apartments, along with the scenic outside in "Lakes of Windsor" are the things which make it the best place to stay in the region.

Message: This is a really great apt that has a very beautiful landscaping. The apt is very nice especially during the summer. Neighborhood/environment also very good. Very nice/sweet representatives in the Leasing Office. When it comes maintenance, they are very responsible too. Parking was a little tough sometimes. Very convenient for grocery/shopping and highway access. # I wish they have tyle floors for all apts, so it will go better at the end, and I had to take of 1-star for moving out charge (I have lived in a couple apts, this is the only time I didn't get my deposit back/fortunately I had proof of water leaked from AC system which cause some dirty spot on the carpet. They tried to charge me for entire replacement but I had proof of water leaked! Instead, I didn't get my deposit back! ) #I was told that they want to upgrade all apts' floors with tyle, I wish they complete soon, so no renter got charged at the end!

Message: I had a pretty good stay here for 1. 5 years. Office staff are always welcoming and maintenance staff is great and quick and well maintained community in terms of cleaning. I have to take one star off because of the move out expenses. They have added the carpet in bedroom and if you are using it for 1. 5 years it might not look brand new or at least wherever the bed frame is place. Not sure charging for carpet replacement and mirror wood frame in bathroom is good idea. I agree with the cleaning fee. Other than the move out expenses it’s a good community.

Message: My husband and I have lived at Lakes of Windsor for 12 years and are very happy here. Office and maintenance staff are always courteous and very quick to act on any requests. The property is very well-maintained (it's beautiful! ), as are the apartments. The only pest we've encountered is an occasional spider, and I can't even remember when I last saw one. Rent does go up periodically, but not more than expected. Many tenants have come and gone from our building during our 12 years here and we've encountered no issues with any of them.
