Message: I haved lived here for the past 2yrs. The most consistent employees here are the maintenance dept. Especially in the last year. Huge props to Kevin for going above and beyond. He is friendly and efficient. To be honest, the office when I moved in was great. Then the manager that had been here for years left. It has been a trainwreck since. They are working on training a new office team.

Message: I've been living here for 3 years and I can honestly say this has been one of the best apartment complex I've ever resided in! Great staff and great neighbors! I love the fact that when you put work orders in they are very prompt in fixing what's broke.. love the fact there's a courtesy officer out especially at night driving through making sure residents are safe! I don't have anything negative to say about office staff or my neighbors, my stay here has been a joy so if you're looking for a place to raise your child/children this is the place to be! The 3 years I lived here I NEVER witnessed any violent or criminal activities, that's why I say if you have children this is a great place to raise your child/children! I live in a one bedroom unit and what I loved about my apartment is the huge walk-in closet in my bedroom and having a washer/dryer hook-up was a plus! So, overall I had a great stay, great experience at Lakes of Georgetown! ☺

Message: The staff is beyond friendly. I just renewed my lease for the second time. I love my apartment! It's spacious, plenty of closet space, and a huge walk in closet in the master bedroom. It's very quiet out here and my neighbors are nice. Lakes of Georgetown is very affordable compared to other apartments in the area. I love the staff and the maintenance guys. I put in a work order and was told it might take a few days for them to come, but they actually came that afternoon! All of the ladies in the office are so nice, but Brandi the manager is absolutely wonderful! Proud to live here and call this my home.

Message: Love these apartments. It's well kept and cozy. In a good area nothing is really "too" far. The parking is first come first serve. Cameras on property and security which is actually the police. Property managers are super cool and maintenance isn't bad either.
