Message: Quail Creek is owned by a family, not a corporation so the management here is more friendly & open to helping. The park is well-maintained, mobile home owners are required to keep up their yards, & its a quiet park with no rowdy parties, no loud neighbors. Just a great place to live. Been here 12 years & very happy.

Message: I lived there for almost 4 years. I had the best neighbors and the people running the park were always helpful and kind. I wish I could have stayed, but I needed to move closer to my daughter, as she helps take care of me and it was an hour and a half drive each way for her, she's now 10 minutes away. I will miss living there though.

Message: It seems well maintained, clean, and quiet. I have been there multiple times before, at varying times of day and evening, and I have never observed anything out of place. From a visitor point of view, it is nice. For larger gatherings, the majority of parking is next to the street, and even when we have to park in front of someone else's home, there's never been an issue.
