Message: I called in to get information to rent a 3 or 4 bedroom and the gentleman was so nice. He answered all of my questions and gave me some additional information about the Indiana Housing Authority to get a list. I was able to use it and get an apartment. To bad it was at another location. That guy was so great had a lot of information and very smart. He explained the coop. I didn't know they exists. So I decided to put in my application there anyway. I hope that guy is still there. I don't write reviews. but he deserved it. That guy was so concerned about helping me and my children find a place. He really care. like he truly cared or something. I have called many places which most places just cut me off and hang up. My friend Debbie lives there and she said before they got this guy. their the management was awful. Keep up the good work.

Message: Very nice complex. Quiet and well taken care of for residents of all age groups. We have several relatives living there and they all love it. They WILL NOT put up with ANY troublesome renters!
