Message: I have lived here almost five years. I like it here. My only complaint is the previous owner was never in a hurry to fix things when you called maintenance no matter what the issue was. I had a refrigerator go out four times before they brought me a new one. I had an emergency note from a doctor to get my air conditioner working right and it took three different times before the lady guy did what was needed. I had to call the emergency line two times like two winters ago for no heat and get angry with them. The girls in the office are always nice and helpful. Other than the maintenance problem, it’s all right living here. There is /was a very bad rodent problem. I told them but their solution was glue traps. I have combated most of them myself with mice traps. And the big citizens water fiasco last year was a nightmare but that got through. Hopefully moving forward the change will be better. I’ve been here almost five years and have yet to see the pool be open. And there is alot of broken stuff around the complex and buildings that look abandoned and boarded up or broken windows which does not look good on the community. It brings rats and all kinds of things. I know we have new management and it will take time to address all these previous issues but I believe it can be a little nicer here with some work.
