Autumn Chase Apartments

Message: I greatly appreciate the people over at Autumn Chase, they are helpful and kind. I chose to live here in 2017 and I would still recommend them. Autumn Chase has great amenities as well as its located in a great spot for food and fun.

Message: I've been here less than a month but so far I've been impressed with everything.. how well maintained the spaces are, how responsive and friendly the maintenance team is, and how quiet and hospitable the rest of the tenants are.

Message: When we first moved here it was for the amazing kitchens (I cook and bake from scratch), easy commute to work for him and for a safe playground for our son. Since then we've grown to love the community, our neighbors, the peaceful environment and the presence of police officers here. We have a special needs child and it's great to see how warm and inclusive the community has been here for him and that the staff also is welcoming for him. It's wonderful to know that he is safe and appreciated. The staff has always gone above and beyond for anything we've needed, and has always been fair and kind. These same things can be said for maintenance. They're a wonderful crew. Between the community/people that also live here, the staff and the maintenance team you couldn't ask for a kinder, warmer and better place to be!

Message: This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in.. Unfortunately, my time at Autumn Chase was temporary due to a work transfer, but I have absolutely loved my time living at Autumn Chase. This is a community that genuinely cares, not only for their employees, but their residents too. For starters, I had the pleasure of working with Katherine from the beginning of our inquiries. She is so nice and helpful and truly wants the best for everyone. You can tell she actually loves her job and the company she works for. There is a reason this community has a waitlist for rentals. My fiancé and I were in love with the two bed two bath layout as soon as we toured it and luckily were able to get placed on the waitlist. Katherine was great with keeping us up to date about our place in line while we waited and we were actually able to get an apartment lined up before our move in date so we were both extremely happy. They actually had our apartment ready early so they let us have our keys 3 days before our actual move in date, no charge, so that we had the weekend to move in. Just the thoughtfulness and consideration that went into every part of the application/move in process was super easy. Not only was this the cleanest apartment I have ever moved into, when we got our keys they had even bought us a few gifts for our new place such as tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, popcorn, candies, pot/pan grabbers, etc. it’s really the small stuff that matters and makes you feel like the place you are staying cares about you as a person. The complex itself is also the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Another note to really drive home how the staff cares is they leave door hanger cards on your door for your birthday and everyone signs them. Just really makes you feel welcomed. Maintenance does a great job here cleaning up and any service requests are fixed immediately and you are kept in the loop during via text so I love that because I never felt like I was forgotten about. The grounds are also beautiful. I had the pleasure of living next to one of the ponds on property. I cannot tell you how many days I sat and watched ducks and geese or even cranes land in the pond or watch the sunset. It’s just a beautiful property and well maintained. I’ve never seen trash or litter laying around it’s always very clean as are the parking lots and the other residents here are very respectful. This is a great choice to live right outside of Greenwood/Southport. It’s a great neighborhood lots of people in surrounding neighborhoods sell produce during the summer and the transition to fall around here is absolutely stunning with all the trees. I hate that I had to leave early. This will always be my favorite place I’ve rented.
