Message: I have lived here for almost a year and it has been great! Dale and Cintia are very professional and always welcoming when you walk into the office. I had a small issue with my refrigerator, but the new maintenance team came in and fixed it very quickly. The community is quiet and very well maintained.

Message: We have lived here for almost 3 years now and have enjoyed it! New management has really turned things around and maintenance has been great! Our sink wouldn't drain and Thomas Clay came to fix it for us in a timely manner (despite not being an incredibly urgent issue). He even was nice enough to bring a package in for us and wipe down the sink once he was done! It was a small gesture, that we thought was so nice and didn't go unnoticed!

Message: Ok so at first I didn’t liked my apartment that I was offered but Cinthya the property manager got me a replacement the same min. I saw the apartment and I loved it. She removed all the issues that the apartment had since wasn’t meant for no one to move in at that time. The trash valet is amazing since I am a single mom and don’t need to take my trash to the trash container and carry my 2 boys to it or leave them by themselves in the apartment while I do that. Also a big plus is that my apartment is facing the playground and my boys love it. They offered breakfast one day and all the office employees were just standing at 7 in the morning handing coffee and goodie bags to all the cars passing by. Overall I love the location (2 min away from eagle creek park), easy access to the freeway. Thank you for all you guys do.
