The Brixton Apartments

Message: I just recently moved to The Brixton and had a request to fix a couple of things, the maintenance and property manager, kept me informed of the process. Everything was done and fixed in a timely manner. very pleased!

Message: Front office is very friendly. My phone calls and emails are always replied to in a very timely manner. They are very prompt when maintenance needs done. They are older buildings, but very clean, and well kept.

Message: Gated community but my friends car was broken into unfortunately twice but friendly community, beautiful apartments and 2 very nice pools and nice walking trails as well.

Message: While the buildings are a bit older and the overall age of the property shows in a lot of places, I have to say the management team and maintenance more than makes up for any age-related shortcomings.. Kory, the manager, is always very responsive to calls and emails about whatever may be of concern. I've had to contact the office for various reasons and every time my concern is addressed in a timely and professional manner. I think he is the only one in the office these days but he consistently does a great job.. Maintenance has always been solid. Recently the property got a new guy and he's been great so far. Very friendly and personable, as well as great with my pet. My calls are usually addressed same day, if not the next.. As for the units themselves, the renovations they did a few years back are decent enough. Probably hard to do much more on such an old building without a full-scale remodel. The walls are quite thin so if they do any work in the future I'd say it would need to focus on noise reduction.. The price is a bit high for the area and the property, but that's just the trend of the times.. Overall, pretty happy and will continue to rent here for the foreseeable future.

Message: I have lived at The Brixton for two years and it is perfect for me. It’s a small quiet neighborhood surrounded by everything you could need. Minutes from Kroger and Walmart, as well as quick fast food places, Starbucks, Planet Fitness, and the gas station. My property manager, Kory, has always been great. Any time I need something checked for maintenance or any questions I have he gets back to me immediately. I love the pool and community amenities, including a basketball court, a yard size checkers board and doggie park! The Brixton is a great place to live and I will be renewing another lease when the time comes around!

Message: We’ve been here a year and a half and it seems to be a nice place to live. Maintenance has gotten quicker about responding to repairs, if you communicate with them they are good about making arrangements for rent if you’re going through a hardship. It’s nice that the office has washer and dryers. The only two things that I wish could be better is maybe having more washers at the office laundry facility, and getting our playground back. The one we had before was taken down last fall and I’m not sure if it’s going to be replaced or not.

Message: The Brixton is a wonderful place to live. The apartments are updated with new counter tops and hardwood floors. Everyone that comes over likes my place. Management is very knowledgeable about their job and will help you with anything they can. I have had maintenance out one time and they fixed my problem that day. I am happy I spend my hard earned money with the Brixton and I believe anyone looking for a new home will too!
